Einar Geirsson and Heiðdís Fjóla Pétursdóttir run Bautinn, Rub 23 and Pizzasmiðjan in the heart of Akureyri.
Einar cooked with the Icelandic national culinary team for years, was named Chef of the Year in 2003, and has won gold and silver at world championships and the culinary Olympics.
