About us

K6 veitingar runs three restaurants in the heart of Akureyri, and a takeaway counter at Krónan.

Plates to share: steak on a stone slab, small dishes and a cocktail

Einar and Heiðdís.

Einar cooked with the Icelandic national culinary team for years, was named Chef of the Year in 2003, and has won gold and silver at world championships and the culinary Olympics.

The aim is the same at every place: first-rate service and the best ingredients. There is always something for everyone.
